    At XE, the Implementation Manager will lead projects, working hands-on with software engineers to shape ERP solutions and innovate corporate money transfers. Be responsible for end-to-end project implementation, this role ensures on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery, supporting pre-sales activities for API products and corporate money transfer apps.

    What you'll do:

  • Hands-on experience with SaaS applications, project management, and expertise in ERP applications.
  • Proficiency in web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls), familiarity with Ticketing Systems and CRM systems.
  • Leading workshops, gathering requirements, recommending processes, and fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Thriving in a high-growth, deadline-driven environment.
  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with sales teams, managing timelines and resources.
  • Evaluating customer needs, conducting product demos, providing technical support, and documenting API integrations
  • Requirements

    Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical project or integration manager.
  • Strong project management knowledge, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Experienced in explaining and using APIs with RESTful architecture.
  • Knowledgeable in integrations using various APIs and technologies.
  • Proficient in Postman for API testing and documentation.
  • Skilled in SQL for data manipulation.
  • Collaborative work style, effective communication, and resource planning.
  • Highly numerate and literate.
  • Innovative problem solver.
  • Flexibility for cross-location collaboration and hands-on contributions.
