    Records Management Opportunity

    This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can contribute to the council's records and information management program. The role involves ensuring incoming correspondence is accurately captured, maintained, and accessible while supporting regulatory compliance, best practice, and PROV retention and disposal requirements.


    The key responsibilities of this role include registering, processing, and managing incoming correspondence via mail, digital formats, and other channels. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and filing systems in both hardcopy and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.


    In addition to these responsibilities, you will support archival activities in line with PROV retention authorities. This includes assisting internal staff with electronic records systems (Content Manager) navigation troubleshooting as well as providing excellent customer service by responding to enquiries from internal stakeholders.

    About the Role

    • You will have experience working in records management or archives.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of electronic document management systems would be highly beneficial.
    • A strong understanding of computing skills including system administration for EDRMS would make your application stand out.
