    Job Title: Senior Metalwork Estimator - Project Manager | Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 (dependent on experience) | Location: Southern Suburbs of Brisbane, with additional offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth

    Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Architectural Metalwork Division Manager, the Senior Metalwork Estimator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. As an Architectural Metalwork Manufacturer catering to major builders, you will be responsible for completing detailed material take-offs, interpreting architectural plans and engineering drawings, preparing tenders, and managing multiple projects concurrently.

    • Complete detailed material take-offs with precision
      • ">">
    • Interpret Architectural Plans & engineering drawings
      • ">">
    • Prepare tenders for submission to clients
      • ">">
    • Control and manage multiple tenders concurrently
      • ">">
    • Interpret project specifications and schedules
      • ">">
    • Flexibility in quoting various products, including General Metalwork, Bus Shelters & Street Furniture
      • ">">
    • Collaborate closely with the Project Team to ensure accurate costing of variations
      • ">">

    Essential Criteria:

    ">">
      ">">
    • 3+ years of experience in estimating large metalwork projects or similar role
      • ">">
    • Qualifications in estimating, quantity surveying, Cert IV/Diploma Building in Construction, or similar
      • ">">
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
      • ">">
    • Proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite
      • ">">
    • Ability to mentor other estimators
      • ">">
    • Ability to enhance and streamline estimating processes
      • ">">
