Description
Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with minimum SIX MONTHS post admission experience to join our close-knit team on a full-time role basisThe successful applicant will possess:
A minimum of six months PAE;A comprehensive understanding of NSW criminal law and procedure and Family Law;The ability to multi-task and prioritise,The ability to work autonomously and part of a team;Experience appearing at Court;A strong ability to follow firm procedures and protocols;Willingness to take direction and receive constructive feedback;High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly;Ability to source and retain new clients;Knowledge of LEAP Legal Practice Management Software; andA current driver's licence as travel is required between offices and to Court.
Attending conferences with clients and barristers, etc.
Attending Court.
Drafting Court documents including submissions.
Providing practical legal advice to clients.
