    Description

    Country & Outback Health (CObH) is a not-for-profit organisation focused on building healthier and happier communities. Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for young people within our headspace centres.

    The Role

    • Are you ready to embark on this exciting leadership journey with us? As the head of our quality function, you'll play a crucial part in overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing strategic direction. Your responsibilities will include managing accreditation, mitigating risks, overseeing document control, and ensuring compliance.
    • In this role, you'll provide essential guidance to ensure that our organisation meets its quality and governance requirements, supporting our growth and stability as we move forward.

    About you

    • We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of quality management principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. If you're self-motivated, adaptable, and well-organised, we want to hear from you
    • Previous leadership experience in a quality management environment, particularly in healthcare, would be a plus.

    What's in it for you?

    • Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 per year.

    • 5 weeks annual leave PLUS 17.5% leave loading (pro-rata).

    • Located in one of CObH's eight regional offices in country SA.

    Employment with CObH is subject to relevant Department of Human Services Screenings, a National Police Check and requires full working rights in Australia.
