- Experience with children with developmental delays or autism, and families
- Understanding or eagerness for evidence-based intervention methods
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle
- Strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and confidence
- NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screener Check clearance
