• Full time or part time hours considered (9am to 3pm)
• $65K plus Super (pro rata if part-time)

Broker Support required for Small but growing Mortgage Broker Business based City Fringe in East Brisbane close to public transport.

This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills.

Using your skills and experience working with borrowers and liaising with Banks, you will be Managing applications from commencement, lodgement through to completion.

Providing you with autonomy, your self-motivation and focus will drive you to manage the home loan process whilst making sound decisions and effectively managing your time.

The Role:

• Assisting the brokers at all stages of the loan process
• Build rapport with customers/borrowers to instil confidence in processes
• Ordering of Valuations
• Lodging Residential Applications
• Liaising with and file noting all discussions/appointments/correspondence with customers, financial institutes and solicitors (verbal and written communications)
• Advise the Borrower of any changed or added conditions and what is further required
• Liaise with Banks/Lawyers to ensure all requirements are met for settlement
• Liaise directly with the Borrower to obtain any additional information, documentation, or clarification to assist in the prompt processing of the loan application
• Adhoc duties

The key to success in this role, is proven experience and knowledge of the home loan application process, with a solid understanding of the mortgage industry.
