    Service Operations Lead, Queensland Health

    The Service Operations Lead will support the management Incident and Problem Management activities for Queensland Health's enterprise corporate solutions (including SAP finance (S/4HANA), SAP HCM and Workbrain). The Service Operations Lead reports to the Manager, Corporate Systems Support. The position links closely with other teams within Queensland Health, its suppliers and its clients, to ensure an effective integrated solution is maintained.

    This exciting job opportunity falls under the Corporate Enterprise Solutions branch within the Department of Health and provides solutions and services that support Queensland Health's enterprise corporate applications while also supporting the payroll transactional processes. This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and payroll solution in the public sector and the finance, business and logistics solution and management environment.
