- Support timely and quality delivery of structural engineering work in compliance with relevant technical and regulatory standards;
- Establishing effective stakeholder relationships internally with colleagues and senior members of the business;
- Have the opportunity to act as Project Lead on small to medium-sized projects;
- Support senior engineers and project leaders with quality structural engineering solutions;
- Embody enthusiasm to work as part of a collaborative, national team within a multidisciplinary design setting.
- Bachelor to Master level degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structural Engineering);
- Minimum 4+ years' experience on large Australian building structures engineering projects;
- Exposure across a range of building sectors, e.g., transport, health, commercial, defence;
- Track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues intra/cross-discipline on projects;
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Expertise with post-tensioned (PT) design (highly regarded);
- Understanding of ETABS, BIM, NavisWorks and Revit Structure (advantageous).
