    Job Title: Senior Town Planner

    The Company We are seeking a talented Senior Town Planner to join our team in Leeds. Our client is one of the largest independent Architecture, Town Planning, and Master Planning Consultancies, specializing in various projects across Leisure, Commercial, Residential, Renewables, Educational, Land-promotion, and Mixed-Use sectors.

    About the Role

    • Manage complex planning projects, providing expert planning advice, and leading negotiations with local authorities and stakeholders.
    • Work closely with clients to deliver planning solutions that align with policy frameworks while balancing sustainability, growth, and development needs.
    • Guide junior staff and contribute to strategic growth and innovation within the practice.

    Essential Criteria

    • RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant qualification.
    • Previous relevant consultancy experience.
    • MRTPI qualified.
    • Good communication skills and an enthusiastic mentality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a supporting team.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • UK driving licence.
