- Experience in a financial administration position with a commercial or local government authority.
- Exposure to complex areas such as budget preparation, budget management, accounts payable/receivable, assets, stock control, benchmarking system reviews and GST/FBT compliance.
- Qualifications in Accounting or Finance, and experience using Authority.
- Membership or progressing towards achieving membership of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA)/Chartered Accountants (CA) would be desirable.

The Senior Financial Services Officer will ensure the financial service systems are efficient, effective and dynamic, and ensure compliance of all relevant accounting standards and other statutory and financial Requirements.
