    The opportunity:

    Kinetic is currently seeking an Executive General Manager – Electrification to lead our Zero Emissions program, and ensure we achieve the transition to zero emission technologies across our Australia and New Zealand operations.

    Kinetic are progressive in their approach to zero emissions, and this newly created role reporting directly to the CEO, offers a unique opportunity to help us continue to lead the industry, and drive electrification across our depots in New Zealand and Australia.


    Key responsibilitiesIn this role you will:

    Work closely with senior leaders and operational teams across Australia and New Zealand to lead the execution of Kinetic's Zero Emissions (ZE) Program in relation to charging infrastructure, technology, and fleet to accomplish our transition to zero emission fleet.

    Work with our team and external stakeholders to implement a centralised technology/software solution to monitor the performance of our ZE infrastructure and vehicles to drive continuous improvement in their performance and optimise charging.

    Be the go-to person for anything related to our ZE program including contributing to proposals, presentations to client and industry groups, and ensuring Kinetic shares our learnings across our global footprint to ensure best practice.

    Develop and review policies and standards for the purchase and preventative maintenance of infrastructure and vehicles, ensuring a wholistic value for money approach is adopted.

    Engage with external parties to learn about new developments in zero-emission technology and share information.
    Serve as an expert advisor with general knowledge and the ability to convey zero-emissions technology and infrastructure.

    The boxes you'll tick:
    Experience leading Zero Emissions Programs that have encompassed charging infrastructure, technology and fleet elements a great advantage.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong numerical analytical skills.
    Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and positive approach to a continual changing work environment.
    Strong computer literacy, MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
