    About the Role...

    The purpose of this position is to promote and deliver the services of BUSY At Work's Australian Apprenticeship Support Services; by generating Australian Apprenticeships commencements through business development and account management activities.

    As an Apprenticeship Field Officer, you will develop business relationships with Employers, Apprentices, Registered Training Organisations, Schools, Job Network agencies and other stakeholders; fostering these relationships to ensure sustainable performance outcomes. You will be provided with the tools of the trade (Phone, Laptop & Vehicle) where you will also undertake contact visits to employers and apprentices/trainees where required; and participate as a member of an extended service team.

    This role is being offered on a full-time fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension based out of the Sydney Metro Region.

    A bit about your experience...

    • Prior experience within an Australian Apprenticeship Support Services or other related vocational education and training (VET) organisation will be highly regarded
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a client base through business development and account management to meet and conform to Key Performance Indicators
    • Have a passion for developing sustainable working relationships
    • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
