    Senior Talent Acquisition Officer – Academia and Senior Executive Recruitment

    Salt Search is currently partnering with a university that provides exceptional recruitment experiences to their candidates. A rare opportunity exists for a Senior Executive Recruitment Specialist to support a busy manager with recruitment of Senior level candidates (including both academic & corporate executives) immediately due to secondment of staff & growth of the business requirements.

    Reporting to an amazing manager you will be responsible to hit the ground running & embraced with your knowledge and skills in professional & executive recruitment job profiles (preferable to have higher education or worked in a university in Recruitment but will consider other applicants that match the criteria.)

    We are looking for a fast-paced and multiskilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who has at least 8 years experience in both a highly matrix-ed organisation with end-to-end recruitment with ATS (preferred workday) process from strategic resourcing, working with best practice across telephone & face interviewing, shortlisting, and on-boarding processes.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Degree qualified or qualification
    • At least 8 years work experience in Senior talent acquisition or similar roles in highly matrix-ed organizations.
    • It is desirable to have worked in higher education industry and already worked in recruitment at a university. So even if you are looking to step up in your recruitment role at university we would consider.
    • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
    • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company

    Familiarity with using ATS comprehensively and following policy and procedures across the recruitment life cycle. (desired workday experience)

    • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
