    Overview of the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Manager to join our Adobe.pub APAC team based in Sydney.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction for Adobe products and portfolio campaigns within the Publicis approach.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the performance and digital media landscape, attribution models, and use of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.

    They will also possess a proven track record of utilising Planning & Audience Tools, traditional tools (e.g. Roy Morgan, AQX, GWI), and new tools (e.g. SocialTools, Netbase) effectively to supplement research.

    The Strategy Manager will work closely with the APAC Strategy Lead to create the vision and strategy, and then inspire others to work towards it.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide overall strategic direction for Adobe products and portfolio campaigns within the Publicis approach
    • Leverage deep consumer understanding to develop actionable, fact-based communication strategies in response to all briefs
    • Extract genuine, but relevant insights from multiple, complex data sources and articulate that insight in a provocative, engaging way
    • Use insights to create robust, tightly argued, seamless communications proposals – from a brief to proposed media executions
    • Leverage performance results as part of building the case for marketing and communications best practice
    • Build strong working relationships with client, media and creative partners and internal stakeholders spanning across regional markets
    • Leverage connections with cross-functional disciplines within the Publicis network and within Adobe's business to deliver holistic and strategic business solutions
    • Deliver innovative and creative work that solves business problems with tangible impact mapped
