    About the Role:

    Work within a prestigious institution dedicated to commemorating Australia's war history in Campbell ACT.

    Rotate through various finance functions including Accounts Receivable, Cashier, Accounts Payable, Travel, Purchasing, and Asset Disposal.

    Undertake day-to-day processing of finance matters under general direction, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Handle Accounts Receivable tasks such as invoicing, debt recovery, and reconciliation.
    • Manage Cashier duties including collection, reconciliation, and banking of funds.
    • Process Accounts Payable invoices, assist with purchasing processes, and manage finance helpdesk queries.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, process travel documents, and manage official passports and visas.
    • Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and maintain asset disposal workflows.
    • Manage system master data related to specific functions.

    About You:

    • Experience supporting finance teams, preferably in Accounts Payable/Travel/Purchasing or Accounts Receivable/Cashier functions.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Desirable: Experience with financial management systems like Technology One.
