Purpose of Role: As the Trainee - Rubber Liner, your role involves being motivated to learn a complex trade and maintain a high level of work standard in our worldclass workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the skills through the training undertaken and assist with preparing vessels for application of linings
• Learn all aspects of Rubber Lining applications
• Maintain all rubber lining and company equipment in safe and working conditions
• Work within safe work practices and adhere to all company values, policies, standards and procedures
• Identifying records and recommending or initiating action to solve problems, relating to product and process quality
• Complete Quality, Safety and hold point documents
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Recently completed Year 12 or had one/two years working experience in a trade assistant or labouring role and keen to learn and grow
• We love team players and someone who has a great energy to bring to the team
• We already know that if you have read this much of our job advertisement that you are driven and motivated to start your career - so this is already a tick.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• You must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen to apply
