    Senior Partner Programs Manager, Solutions This is a remote position.

    Our Channel Programs team is comprised of people with backgrounds in channel ecosystems and technology.

    We build programs to enable our Partners to stand out in a competitive market, driving revenue growth and aligning with Atlassian strategic objectives.

    We're hiring a Senior Partner Programs Manager, Partner Solution Offerings reporting to our Partner Programs Team Lead.
    Here, you'll develop and launch a partner solutions program that inspires Atlassian customers and teams.

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.

    To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.

    Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
    In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
    For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A:
    $163,100 - $217,500


    Zone B:
    $146,800 - $195,700


    Zone C:
    $135,400 - $180,500

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

    Develop a repeatable, scalable program framework to support Partner Solution Offerings across industries and departmental functions
    Engage with partners to assess and define a program to support our goals

    Partner with the field, operations, and technical teams to ensure the execution of program launches and ongoing operations of programs are running as expected.

    Manage the enablement and important metrics of success for the Partner Solution Offerings program.
    6+ years of experience in channel programs, marketing, or sales
    BA/BS degree in marketing, business or equivalent experience
    Background in marketplace, channel partner business models and channel program management
    Success with a track record in messaging/positioning, program management, and broad execution capabilities.
