Senior Construction Lawyer | Renewable Energy I have partnered with a leading IPP who specialize across Wind, Solar, BESS and Pumped Hydro in Construction & Development pushing the boundaries within the renewable space who are seeking for an experienced Senior Construction Lawyer to join the in-house team here in Sydney.

As a Senior Construction Lawyer, you will: Advise on renewable energy construction projects ranging from wind, solar, battery and pumped hydro.

Provide commercially astute legal advice on construction work from end to end, including procurement and delivery.

Provide commercially astute legal advice to the construction team end to end, including procurement and delivery, EOTs, claims, disputes, terms of construction contracts.

Legal review, drafting and negotiation of construction or related contracts including head contracts, subcontracts, consultant contracts, supplier contracts including engineering procurement and construction contracts, construct only contracts, operation and maintenance contract, design and construction contracts, and minor works contracts.

Assistance with and review of construction tender processes As an ideal candidate, you will have 10-15 years' PQE working as a Construction Lawyer across multiple large-scale construction projects within Renewable Energy technologies such as Wind, Solar, BESS or Pumped Hydro.
