- Oversee all aspects of trust accounting functions, including processing transactions & reconciliations.
- Collaborate with property managers and other team members to maintain accurate records of client funds.
- Handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to trust accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Real Estate Trust accounts experience
- The willingness to learn, adapt & grow within the business
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Real Estate Certificate / License or willing to obtain
- Team player attitude, happy to assist where necessary
- Quick thinker, problem solver
- Software: PropertyMe, not essential
- Monday to Friday role
