    Job Description

    • Managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert legal advice on a range of matters including insurance disputes, investigations, and interlocutory applications.
    • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, affidavits, and other various legal correspondence.
    • Attending court hearings and representing clients in litigation proceedings and negotiations.
    • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service.

    The Successful Applicant

    • 2 - 4 years' post admission experience in insurance or litigation.
    • Plaintiff or defendant background.
    • A broad range of exposure to insurance law, personal injury, liability claims and litigation proceedings.
    • Passion and drive to learn and develop your skillset in the insurance field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • A passion for the law and a desire to provide exceptional legal services to clients.
    • Experience or interest in personal injury claims or commercial litigation would be considered advantageous.
