    Salary: $100,583 - $111,754 per annum + superannuation

    About the Role

    The Information Services (IS) Applications Support Analyst is a professional officer role responsible for providing high-quality support for the organisation's enterprise application suite.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide timely and efficient support for the organisation's enterprise application suite.
    • Collaborate with the high-performing team to establish quality application support, training, development, implementation, and customisation of technology solutions.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the application lifecycle and engage in process improvement and enable automation.
    • Support schools' and TCSO's ongoing enhancements of software applications to ensure staff and students have access to secure information and functionality.
