    Description

    The Role

    As a Data Engineer, you will lead the continuous design, development and operation of the Army Data Warehouse (ADW) on premise and developing cloud solutions.

    The position includes the solution design, development and implementation of ETL patterns, data integration architectures, and security architectures. This also includes defining and maintaining the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure alignment with enterprise architectures.

    You will join a team of data professionals committed to delivering high-quality business intelligence to Army. As part of the Army Data Hub, your expertise will enable continued growth of Army's self-service data analytics capability.

    Our Ideal Candidate As the ideal candidate, you will be able to apply your data engineering skills and experience to rapidly support emerging data requirements. You will take pride in enabling Army self-service analytics by ensuring ongoing availability of the Army Data Warehouse. Your in-depth knowledge of data warehousing will ensure that optimal solutions for data storage, access and transformation are applied.
