    Description

    About the role:

    We are currently seeking a Post-Harvest Supervisorto join our dynamic team based in Mernda, Victoria. This role reports to the HarvestingManager - Victoria. In this position you will pro-actively supervise teams ofrunners and weighers ensuring the accurate, safe and efficient delivery of productiontargets & manage workflow issues to deliver mushrooms within tighttimelines servicing internal & external customer requirements.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Providingdaily/weekly/monthly operational plans.
  • Resolvingdaily workflow issues ensuring efficient running of lines.
  • Liaisingwith Team Leaders to ensure daily production targets are on schedule.
  • Ensurelabour costs and costs per kilo are managed within budget.
  • Managerosters and attendance.
  • EnsuringHACCP and SQF procedures and documentation are completed.
  • Identificationand rectification of hazards as required.

    • Aboutyou:

  • Supervisory/ Leadership experience desirable.
  • Previousexperience in food or FMCG preferred.
  • Excellentcommunication skills.
  • ContinuousImprovement Mindset.
  • Workingknowledge of OH&S, HACCP and SQF standards.
