Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all branch processes
• Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
• Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services
• Serve as an ambassador for our pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis

Requirements

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent course
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Strong understanding of confidentiality
• Ability to handle medications accurately

Working Details

Total Working Hours: 19.5 hours

Working Pattern: Thursday 9-6pm, Friday 9-6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9-5pm

Rate of Pay: £11.83 per hour

Estimated Salary: £22,311 - £25,495 per annum (based on full-time hours)
