The role:

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to provide security advice, perform security risk assessment on technical design, and implement/uplift security controls with existing or new solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SIEM and Microsoft Sentinel

Responsibilities:
Develop data encryption and data loss prevention standards and guidelines.
Review the security controls for structured data and unstructured data.
Perform a gap analysis against Zero Trust Network Access Level 1 compliance requirements.
Analyse security logs to identify the potential data security risks and provide pragmatic risk remediation recommendations.
Develop data driven reports and automated monitoring and alerting capabilities

Deliver technical documentations including but not limited to high level design, detailed level design, as-build document and BAU handover documents.

Skills and Experience:7+ years' experience in Cyber Security technical design or consultant roles
Hands-on experience in data engineering/operations
Strong understanding of security controls in data infrastructure
Experience with data analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable
Experience with data masking, data at rest encryption is highly desirable
Experience with Microsoft security products such as Sentinel is highly desirable
Strong understanding of data processing and orchestration
Highly skilled in analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
