    We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our passionate team.
    The position is full-time in the Northern suburbs.
    Position Description

    This role encompasses all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors using Click Home, call forwarding and job programming software and management of client relationships to ensure the successful completion of projects with good office support and quality control processes in place.

    The Site Manager is also responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.

    Our office staff are responsible for handling administrative tasks, including project management, scheduling, logistics, and budgeting.

    They will work closely with you to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that you are provided the support you need in the current building climate.

    With the support of our office staff, you will be able to focus on the day-to-day management of the construction site.

    Key Criteria
    Previous experience as a Site Manager working on two storey homes is essential.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Client focused with a flexible, can-do attitude.
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    High level of time management and organisational skills
    Excellent knowledge of building codes and WA Residential construction
    High level of attention to detail
    Construction qualifications or trade will be highly regarded.
    Ensuring clean sites are maintained and OH&S requirements are met at all times.
