    Each day, our Advisors make it their business to provide the best wealth management and investment advice to their ultra-high net worth clients.

    In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for coordinating Advisor team(s) to successfully service clients, by providing outstanding administrative support, increasing team efficiencies, meeting all compliance obligations, analysing investment markets, and supporting the growth of the business.

    Above all, your support will help ensure we remain leaders in advice and always put our clients first.

    Ideally, you will have experience in a fast-paced private banking, asset management, stockbroking, or other professional services environment – with a passion for investment markets.

    You will need to be a strong communicator, proactive, have an eye for detail, be a quick learner and work well to the firm deadlines that impact our clients.


    Your key accountabilities will include to:
    Service existing client relationships and maintain an excellent and consistent client experience
    Demonstrate a good understanding of, and be able to communicate, financial market updates, investment ideas and asset allocation
    Produce pitch documents and marketing material
    Establish and maintain client accounts
    Proactively manage risk and compliance though performing and adhering to policies, processes and procedures, and escalating any events, losses, or breaches
    Assist in the management of IPO's, placements and other capital raisings, including client allocation, provision of client documentation and efficient settlement to ensure advice team/s meet client commitments
    Proactively support continuous improvement in our business
    To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate current or recent experience, skills and attributes, in the following key areas:
    An understanding and interest in financial markets
    Adaptable to change
    A high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point)
    Strong interpersonal skills and client service ethic
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    Ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    Proactiveness and an ability to work autonomously
    A Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Degree, or relevant industry accreditation
