- Ensure recruitment process compliance
- Develop market intel on candidate sentiment and drivers for candidate attraction
- Preferred experience – 2 years Mining, Civil/Trades with volume
- Experience working within a target/KPI driven environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

About the role
Due to continued growth and a considerable increase in demand from our Mining clients we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Resource Consultant - Mining/Trades.
This is a candidate facing role, encompassing all tasks from sourcing through to placement Work in tandem with Account Managers and BDMs nationally within the mining sector.
As part of the team, you will focus on attracting and sourcing candidates and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. This is a rewarding role, whilst always offering new opportunities to work on you will be ultimately connecting our candidates with awesome outcomes.
It can be fast-paced and high volume requiring the ability to be agile whilst delivering quality in all areas of service. But we have your back, you will be supported to thrive, with mentoring and training to ensure you are successful.
