    Description

    The role:
    Provide effective and administration assistance to the Operations Manager.
    Provide effective management to the flow of work through the Estimating department.
    Promote a close constructive collaboration between Estimating & Sales Team.
    Provide after contract issued support to Client Administrators.
    Liaise with the Operations Analyst with issuing of Monthly House Prices.
    Liaise closely with Scheduling Manager to provide synergy in costs between Estimating & Scheduling.
    Check Deals at initial stage of acceptance from Sales to prepare Estimates.
    Check Job Margin at critical milestones of the job flow.
    Monitor & assign workflow to Estimating staff.
    Proactively participate in meetings when they are held.
    Manage and provide ongoing support and training to the Estimating Team.

    About you:
    Estimating experience within the Residential housing industry
    Proven track record as a Team Leader or Manager
    Strong time management skills, with the ability to work in a team or independently
    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
