    Due to an internal move, we have an opportunity for an experienced leader to lead our Sales Administration team on a 6-month contract basis.

    How you will make contributions that matter:

    This role sits within our Finance business and leads a small team of Administrators who support our Sales teams with day-to-day management of trade spend reconciliations and other supporting other promotional activity. This will include:

  • People leadership, providing coaching, support and development
  • Supporting the team with process improvements and prioritisation of workload
  • Monthly and weekly reporting for both internal and external use
  • Ensuring accurate records are maintained on product information and pricing
  • Engaging and developing relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • About you:

  • Previous people leadership experience
  • Knowledge of FMCG sales processes
  • Experience in sales administration (including Trade Spend knowledge)
  • Experience using SAP
