As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of healthcare projects from early planning and feasibility through to construction delivery and handover.
You will:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of health and healthcare infrastructure projects.
Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholder groups in complex operational environments.
Oversee budgets, programs, risk management, and procurement processes.
Navigate authority approvals and governance requirements within health settings.
Provide strategic advice to clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong delivery culture.
This role will suit someone confident operating in live health environments and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
About You
You are an experienced client-side Project Manager with strong exposure to healthcare builds.
You will bring:
8+ years' experience in project or development management.
Proven experience delivering hospital, clinical, or healthcare infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of health sector compliance, operational constraints, and stakeholder management.
Excellent commercial and contractual capability.
Ability to lead consultant teams and manage projects autonomously.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
