    Description

    We are hiring a Network Voice Engineer for our team.

    You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining voice communication systems within our organization. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the stability and performance of our voice infrastructure.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement voice communication systems, including VoIP, SIP, and PBX technologies
    • Manage and troubleshoot voice network issues and outages
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
    • Perform system upgrades and migrations
    • Maintain documentation and diagrams of voice network infrastructure

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Network Voice Engineer or similar role
    • Extensive knowledge of voice communication technologies such as Cisco Call Manager, Avaya Aura, or similar platforms
    • Strong understanding of VoIP protocols and SIP trunking
    • Experience in network troubleshooting and performance tuning
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA Voice, Avaya ACSS) are preferred
