    Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Your focus will be on maintaining existing relationships while fostering new connections with finance brokers and other third parties. You'll contribute to the overall growth strategy, ensuring both financial success and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management to create development plans, set sales targets, and project future growth.
    • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.

    Market Insights:

    • Attend networking events and conduct research (both local and international) to identify market opportunities.
    • Engage in meaningful discussions with finance brokers, both existing and potential, to stay informed about industry trends.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and value proposition.
    • Leverage this knowledge to effectively communicate our offerings to clients and partners.

    Sales and Marketing:

    • Collaborate with colleagues to create compelling sales and marketing materials.
    • Coordinate strategies to promote our services effectively.

    Performance Reporting:

    • Regularly report to senior management on business strengths, areas for improvement, and progress toward sales targets.
    • Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.

    Sales Process Management:

    • Take ownership of sales meetings and processes.
    • Contribute to a seamless and efficient sales cycle.

    Business Proposals:

    • Prepare well-structured business proposals that resonate with potential clients.
    • Highlight the value we bring to the table.

    Team Development:

    • Recruit, mentor, and develop sales staff.
    • Foster a high-performing sales team.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

    • Experience: Previous experience in a service or sales role within the Banking or Financial sector.
