- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage branding, ensuring consistent presentation across marketing materials.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts to increase online presence and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to inform strategies and identify target audiences.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices and adhere to all the processes and procedures for operations
- Identification of red flags and exposure to financial crime risk, including escalation to Compliance and Senior Management where required.
- Manage budgets, optimising resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Analyse marketing performance, utilising metrics to guide future campaigns.
- Create and manage content for marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
- Ensure the Customer service team's continuous development through training and resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least three (3) years of prior relevant experience in role Marketing and Operations role, ideally within the industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of market research practices and marketing strategy development.
