    Position: Marketing and Operations Manager

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Salary: $71,000 plus superannuation per annum

    Location: Auburn NSW 2144

    Our client is seeking an experienced full-time Marketing and Operations Manager to join their team located in Auburn, New South Wales.

    Tasks required include:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Manage branding, ensuring consistent presentation across marketing materials.
    • Oversee digital marketing efforts to increase online presence and lead generation.
    • Conduct market research to inform strategies and identify target audiences.
    • Recruit, train and supervise staff
    • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices and adhere to all the processes and procedures for operations
    • Identification of red flags and exposure to financial crime risk, including escalation to Compliance and Senior Management where required.
    • Manage budgets, optimising resource allocation for maximum ROI.
    • Analyse marketing performance, utilising metrics to guide future campaigns.
    • Create and manage content for marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
    • Ensure the Customer service team's continuous development through training and resources.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • At least three (3) years of prior relevant experience in role Marketing and Operations role, ideally within the industry
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
    • Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
    • Knowledge of market research practices and marketing strategy development.
