- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, within the commercial building and or facility management industry.
- Energetic and safety culture focussed, with solid understanding and practical awareness of hazard identification and elimination.
- Previous experience managing multiple building maintenance services for large portfolio Customers (i.e. local government).
- Ideally, trade qualified with experience engaging and directing trade and building industry professionals.
- Monitoring and managing contracted and reactive maintenance and quoted works, to ensure that safety and contractual obligations are met.
- Ensuring subcontractors provide accurate and up-to-date records of asset maintenance, compliance and repair activities undertaken.
- Managing communications with the Client to ensure the Client's needs are met and contractual obligations are managed/communicated.
