    About the Role:

    This 6-month Business Development Manager position is an integral part of the Fever-Tree Australian team and will be tasked with growing sales, distribution and visibility of the Fever-Tree trademark in both on and off premises venues.

    Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Field and Independents (Sydney based) your primary duties will include:

    • Drive sales and distribution in your territory by leveraging brand insights and selling commercial benefits
    • Own your physical territory, staying across key trends, changes, new venue and store openings
    • Win the hearts and minds of existing and new customers by selling the Fever-Tree brand and category story
    • Maintain a regular call cycle for existing customers with a strong focus on hunting for new business
    • Build visibility of our brands through increased availability and market leading execution
    • Educate bar staff and key stakeholders to build product knowledge and drive engagement

    About You:

    • Demonstrated previous experience within liquor sales/retail environment – alcohol/mixer category will be beneficial
    • Have an ability to emotionally influence key hospitality industry participants by selling the brand and category story
    • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
    • Previous experience working in a fast-paced and results orientated business
    • Must be able to work in a business that is rapidly evolving and growing
    • An ability to travel regionally when required
    • A valid Australian drivers license and vehicle
