    Description

    One of Australia's leading construction companies is recruiting for an experienced administrator industry experience is ideal In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the behind the scenes project work. This role is working onsite at our head office in Silverwater.
    Our client often tenders for projects and is successful in their attempts, this position will provide support to the sales department of their projects

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting with customer queries over the phone and via email by providing solutions to queries where possible or directing them to the most appropriate sales consultant.

    • Coordinating commercial projects

    • Communicating with project sites

    • Keeping the CRM updated (training will be provided).

    • Following up tenders and assist with all things customer and sales admin related

    • Prepare accurate daily pricing for the Sales Team

    • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails.

    • Handle customer limits, orders, and invoicing.

    • Coordinate delivery and scheduling, communicating with supply chain and carriers.

    Due to the nature of this role, customer service skills will be very beneficial as you will be involved in constant communication with stakeholders both internal and external to the business.

    Necessary Skills:

    • Proven experience in a coordination role within the construction industry

    • Highly organised and able to respond to a high volume of tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Ability to work as part of a team

    • Strong customer service focus

    • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
