Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical to join our team in Coffs Harbour or Redcliffe, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maintenance performed on assigned aircraft is carried out to the highest possible standard in compliance with company policies and procedures and National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
• Assign and supervise tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) allocated to the job and monitor their progress and paperwork.
• Focus on safe execution of maintenance activities while maximizing aircraft availability and ensuring a safe workspace for all employees and visitors to maintenance and engineering facilities.

Requirements:

• Current B1 or C license.
• Completed MEA40715 - Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with workshop managers and other staff in a busy environment with strict deadlines.
• Understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements.
