    About the role

    An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Customer Sales across multiple product ranges
  • Successful delivery of project driven business
  • Contributing to the profitability of the business through sales growth and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Processing sales transactions and liaising with suppliers
  • Providing product information to customers around pricing, availability, trade discounts, product returns and credits
  • How can I tell if this role is for me?
  • Experience in customer sales and service
  • Proficient with computer technology and systems including Microsoft Office
  • You are organised and exude professionalism
  • Proactive, can do attitude and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Experience or product knowledge in the electrical, IT, data or telecommunications markets will get you off to a flying start but is not essential if you are passionate about learning our industry and product range
