- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead and manage complex projects related to financial markets products and large technology programs. Experience in Futures products or Fixed income would be highly desirable.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of projects.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology solutions in alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in project management methodologies within the team.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to build a high-performing project management team.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on financial markets, futures, fixed-income products, and large technology programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (PMP, CFA) are a plus.
- Experience working in an agile environment (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working be able to translate large technology programs, including system integrations, software implementations, and technology transformations, into the business.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
