The Senior People & Culture Business Partner will provide high-level guidance on industrial relations legislation best practice people management supporting portfolio managers through IR case work disciplinaries grievances performance management playing hands-on role enterprise agreement planning working with unions influencing strategies implementation rollout leading strategic projects building workforce capability organisational effectiveness.Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a People & Culture Business Partner with strong case management experience
- Sound knowledge of legislative frameworks applicable to employment arrangements NES Enterprise Agreements FW Rulings
