The Company
An well established Australian owned Property Developer with a strong history of delivering sell-out projects including Residential Communities throughout the state.

The PositionReporting to the Sales Director, you will be based from a sales display suite in Melbourne's West 5 days a week including weekends with 2 consecutive days off during the week.
You will provide exemplary customer service, follow up on all leads, manage the CRM and provide weekly and monthly reports to management, manage relationships with builders, accurately complete and process all sales contracts , conditions and deposits, attend weekly sales meetings and ultimately meet all sales and settlement targets.
About YouThis opportunity will ideally suit an experienced and qualified Sales Consultant with a strong background of sales – either as a Land Sales Consultant/Estate Manager at a Developer or Project Marketing agency or a New Home Sales Consultant (who has their Agent's Rep).
Experience and knowledge of the western growth corridor will put you at an advantage.It is preferred that you have been on a project/estate for a solid tenure and have either launched or sold out and experienced market fluctuations.
Pre-requisites for this role are a current VIC Agent's Rep Certificate/Cert IV Real Estate or the equivalent, a current VIC driver's licence and own vehicle and the ability to work Saturdays & Sundays.

The support of a Sales Associate to assist with administrative tasks, presentation of the display suite and meeting/greeting purchasers
