    Description

    Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

    Brisbane, Australia | We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team of OTs, PTs, ECPs, and Speechies in Brisbane South.

    You will foster a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants, providing comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions, and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.

    About the Role:

    As an Occupational Therapist at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.

    We provide a unique allocations structure which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:

    • Home Modifications
    • Housing
    • Assistive Technology
    • Paediatrics

    If you are interested in progressing your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Team Leader, Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.

    About You:

    We welcome applicants with tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the private or public sector, AHPRA Registration, NDIS WC / WWCC (or willingness to apply), and a current Australian driver's licence.
