About the role Partnering with clinicians and leaders across the organisation, the Senior Improvement Partner is responsible for facilitating and leading a culture of continuous improvement using continuous improvement methodology.

The Senior Improvement Partner will lead the development and implementation of frameworks, tools, and techniques to build continuous improvement expertise.

If you are a dynamic and engaging leader with a passion for leading a team and continuous improvement, we want to hear from youAbout you To be successful in this role you will possess: At least 3 years' experience in redesign and improvement methodologies with a specific focus on lean methods and tools including A3 thinking At least 3 years' experience in delivering successful change in a complex health care environment Experience in training and coaching staff in improvement, project and change management Understanding of measurement and monitoring for safety and quality including proven ability to analyse and use data and information for improvement Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.
