    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Simonds in Loganholme.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Construction/Site Supervisors, ensuring building quality, customer service and compliance with the Simonds brand values.
    • Monitor build progress, compiling data for weekly/monthly reports on costs, quality and build times.
    • Liaise with trades and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with government and Simonds OHS policies, safety standards and relevant procedures.

    About You

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Advanced understanding of residential building and construction.
    • Previous experience in a similar role or residential building (preferred).
    • Certificate and/or Diploma of Building & Construction (preferred).
    • A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance systems.
    • A valid driver's licence.
    • Excellent leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills.
