    The Senior Project Manager you will act as a trusted cyber advisor to internal and external stakeholders. You will continuously understand the client's business requirements to drive the development and adaptation of the security strategy and transformation plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop security program according to security framework
  • Lead daily program execution, including scope, time, and delivery criteria
  • Prepare and present detailed, written technical information for internal and external audiences
  • Negotiate and coordinate with cross-functional organisations
  • Create and maintain required project portfolio documentation and artifacts
  • Ensure and balance the availability of required skills and competencies across project teams within the program
  • Act as an advisor, and build and maintain relationships across the wider stakeholder community
  • Monitor and coordinate dependencies across projects in the program and resolve conflicts
  • Assist with creating or modifying policies as needed based on effectiveness and customer risk posture
  • Able to manage the large, complex IT projects and programs, managing multi-phase, multi-track, high-risk projects with up to 30 project team members concurrently
  • Support the Cyber Security pursuits with solution review and project estimations
  • Experience Required:

  • Significant project management experience including solid and proven experience in cyber security implementations plus delivery
  • Deep understanding of cyber security principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Recognised Project management certifications or industry CPE
  • Cyber Security Industry Certifications such as CISM, CCSP or CISSP or equivalent cyber security certifications are highly regarded
  • Fundamental understanding of Risk Management frameworks including the NIST 800-37, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 set of publications
  • Must be extremely well organised, forward thinking, and able to solve complex problems with little to no guidance from others
  • Must have excellent writing, process documentation and project management skills
  • Experience leading cross-org discussions and working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve common goal
  • Strong critical thinking skills with ability to challenge normal operations
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Requires an understanding of current and emerging security technology and how they may be applied
  • You must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.
