    Job Description:

    Looking for an all-rounder team player to work in the distribution center. Tasks vary and move from inbound and outbound activity. The role is created due to increasing volume of work as the day-to-day activities increase in operations of this site.

    Daily tasks can vary from covering the inbound or outbound team for few weeks as team member focus on implementations and then move to cover and taking on new tasks that has resulted from an implementation or alignment to global processes.

    Inbound work involves receipt of inventory into Pemulwuy DC that includes root cause analysis on product and system when there are discrepancies and errors that result in receipt failures. Out bound tasks include posting goods complete and following up on orders that system cannot post complete.

    In this role you will be responsible along with your team members to improve warehouse efficacy of the receiving and shipping areas and ensure smooth in and outbound movement of goods.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Record and investigate inbound bound delivery errors.
  • Key user of the Exceptional Inventory Management System.
  • Assist at inbound to quarantine stock and coordinate with quality teams for review and follow up actions for put away or disposal with the inventory team.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations and analysis stock in and out activity.
  • Provide analytical support and reporting on inbound data.
  • Manage and record customer returns and trace back to inbound, picking or outbound area.
  • Supporting as shipping officer and 3PL outbound goods post entry.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • To be able to operate and navigate SAP EWM or other WMS.
  • Good team player, effective communication, and strong planning organization to support problem solving is preferred.
