    About the company:
    Our client is a well-established and leading financial planning firm with over 30 years of experience. Located in Brisbane's southside, they focus on providing financial advice, wealth management, and business succession advice to a variety of clients from business owners, executives, HNW clients, and professionals in their respective industries.

    About the role:
    Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to provide timely assistance to both clients and financial advisers. You will be responsible for delivering quality support services and ensuring efficient business processes.

    Duties:

    • Proactively support financial advisers
    • Preparation for client meetings, including all correct documents
    • Implementing advice documents (SOAs & ROAs) and associate documents
    • Be a first point of contact for clients
    • Develop and nurture relationships with third party providers

    Skills & experience:

    • Experience working as a Client Services Officer within a financial planning firm
    • Sound understanding of the financial planning process
    • Experience using financial planning software and platforms
    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload
