    Our Sales and Customer Experience teams are vital to our Company and are responsible for driving new business revenue, uncovering expansion opportunities and supporting existing customers' needs.

    What will I be doing?

    You'll:

    Work with Senior Leadership to develop our presence in APACCarry a sales quota for APACBe the main liaison between the Australian team, HQ in Dublin, Ireland and Sales and CX Leaders in Utah, USAWork closely with our Marketing team to develop and implement scalable Learn Upon's Go-To-Market strategyPartner with the Finance Team to analyse business performance reports on a quarterly basisImplement sales strategies to increase brand recognition and awarenessIdentify suitable partnership opportunitiesHire, manage and coach world-class Sales and CX teamsPartner with our Sales Enablement team to lead all training initiatives for the local teamEstablish strong partnerships & alignment with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and MarketingBe comfortable in working autonomouslyBe available to travel within Australia and internationally as requiredWhat skills do I need?At least 10 years' experience working in B2 B Saa S Or Corporate Learning ProgramsAt least 5 years' experience in a management / leadership roleDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholdersExcellent networking skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.
